Optimise Google Shopping Titles With AI

At the start of August 2024 we decided to go all out with testing Google Shopping Titles using AI and the numbers have been very impressive. We’ve gone from averaging 9,000 impressions a day all to almost 80,000 a day. All of this whilst only seeing a drop in ROAS of 0.2 and hitting a 6.23 ROAS. Towards the end of August we had to heavily pull back as many of our top sellers were out of stock.
Our client has around 5,000 products in stock and they’ve heavily optimised their titles on their website for CRO but feeding these titles into Google Merchant Centre has results in less relevant impressions due to missing features and characteristics of each product in their titles.
This is where our new AI Title Optimisation script comes in useful. It pull data and attributes from Google Ads into a Google Sheet. We then use a CHAT GPT plugin to write us some more compelling the feature rich titles.
